  People who work here - who are so wonderful and friendly especially to young guests. Kids have a lovely playground , kids club , pirate ship and a front row seat for the evening music shows . There are lots of things to do.

  Beautiful rooms, with a lot of them having a wonderful pool view . The pools are always clean with ample pool loungers to cover the guests needs.

  Faultless from start to finish. Hotel and rooms are spotless. All staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Good vegetarian choice on menus and family entertainment was also great. Without a doubt beats all other 5* family friendly hotels I've ever stayed at. Cannot wait to return next year.

  Superb. Great rooms and attentive staff. Great for families, good for couples who don't mind children. The best cocktails in Alcudia!

  Large hotel stayed 10 days end of season, although a quiet hotel at this time of year, it has many good qualities. would recommend to anyone. only disappointing aspect was the rubbish television viewed in your room, and 4 out 5 bars and restaurants were closed also swimming pools or they advertised at 25 degrees will nowhere near that so didn't use the pools either.
